The USPS has been on a steady decline and I think it has reached rock bottom. Postal self service machine that do not work well the never ending lines with be senior citizen working behind the counter. Antiquated signs that do not reflect current pricing. They need to do better. I notice the direct correlation, when their prices go up, service standards decrease.

As a long-time Bixby Knolls/LBC resident, this location has been convenient and pleasant to deal with. I don't get all of these negative reviews. It's a mystery to me. Maybe these customers reap what they sow or their expectations are out of whack with reality? Not sure, but this small office is one of my favorites.

Online & on the window it shows you close at 1pm. I arrived at 12:14pm on a Saturday & the doors were locked. Absolutely not okay. If your hours are until 1pm you better be open until then. 11/29/2025

No international shipping despite a prominent sign showing it's available. Why not put a sign up saying it's not available? I waited in line 20 minutes to just be told I had to go to another post office.

Undeniably, the WORST post office ever. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Is being rude a requirement to work here? Additionally, there were 3 people “working” but only one person helping the huge line up. No team work. Absolutely disappointing.
