This has to be about theeee worst post office. Severely understaffed, Incorrected hours, or just disregard for hours all together. Says it's open when it's not. Says theyre there when theyre on lunch. Staff has always been nice but i dread coming here. I never know if its going to be a wasted trip. I hate that this is "my post office" where I have no other option to pick up packages that I have to sign for. I'm just over it.

Very lazy workers in this post office. Avoid if you can. Dropped a letter with tracking number on a Saturday (it's closed but dropbox is open). Pick-up time on Saturdays is listed at 3 pm. It's been a week and no updates on my tracking number yet.

According to their hours, they were supposed to be back by 2:40pm and it’s now 3pm and no ones here. The waiting room area is a bit dirty and unkempt, tile’s missing pieces from the floor and most importantly they don’t keep their word on their service at all. I do not recommend this post office at all.

Today I went to this post office because I was informed by the holy gracious Bixby knoll office that they handle my area code. Upon my arrival I parked in the back… how convenient for a us post office not to have any camera on their area. Upon my arrival I was answered by the front window clerk, I asked her where my mail was at. She didn’t even bother looking up the system or anything. I even asked about my recent mail delivery from the Lakewood post office/delivery in south street but no answer. When asked to see the supervisor I was informed that he just left. Dressed in civilian cloth and just left right in front of me. Word is that many mails were dump on the streets for the homeless to acquire, I noticed some mail trash and other mails around the area where the homeless resides. No answers other than to give another mail post a call. It’s no wonder people around the area and me have yet to receive any mail let alone important ones. If you all have any issues with this place I employ you to contact the Better Business Bureau or write to your contact the local congressman.

I’ve had repeated issues with this USPS location being closed during their posted hours. I visit about 4 times a week, and every time I go, the doors are locked, sometimes with a sign saying they’ll return in an hour — but that’s not always the case. They randomly chose their lunch hours and they're not always consistent. Today for example posted sign said "LUNCH HOUR, WILL RETURN AT 3:15PM" but it was only 1:40pm. So do they take over 1hr lunch? It's incredibly frustrating, especially since this is a government-run service funded by taxpayers. The lack of consistency and professionalism is disappointing. I hope they can address this issue and improve their customer service.
