Only 1 person working. She knows there are so many people waiting in line when she could get job her job faster. I think she’s doing her job lazily on purpose and she’s the one getting mad.

Absolutely useless service. There’s only 1 person doing customer service, and he decides to chit-chat with a guy instead of immediately doing his job. I wait over 20 minutes for my turn.

Had a Great experience helping with an inconvenience. Gary was professional and straightforward and represented USPS good. Long Beach can do good with his professionalism.

Most of the employees at this location are nice but there is NEVER any parking since the local residents use the Post Office as their personal driveway and the management doesn't tow any of the vehicles away so good luck finding parking,

This is the third time I’ve encountered a missing package and stolen items from the post office. I currently have a package that was shipped a month ago and the addressee has not received it. I filed a missing mail search request and I have not received a single update in over a month. Before I filed for it, for two weeks straight the tracking said it had not left this post office. It’s upsetting and frustrating to not know where my package is at right and if it will even make it to the person I shipped it to. I now have many doubts about shipping through USPS because of many bad experiences. Dishonest employees.
