This location is beyond frustrating. The staff here consistently fail to get even the basics right. I have packages delivered to my PO Box, yet they don’t put in a notice slip, notify me, or even place them inside the box. Instead, I’m left waiting in long lines—sometimes even when I’m the first one here—while no one seems to know what’s going on. Waiting for an item that should already be in my box, with no explanation, is unacceptable. And unfortunately, this is just one of many ongoing issues I’ve experienced at this location.

No machines to buy stamps or print labels here like I’ve seen at every other USPS location, must wait in line which was about 10 people long with only 1 person behind the counter in the middle of the day on a Wednesday. Would not recommend this location.

Worst post office ever seriously cannot manage to pick up the mail. Made at least 10th Tim's complaints and it still can't manage to pick up the mail

They are Very Rude and Straight Face Especially the Lady that's been there for years, Gray hair with glasses, She Nvr has a a smile on her face, Nvr ever, Is it time for her to Retire already?! Zero Customer Service Skills at all! Lines Always Long, It takes Forever for Someone to answer the Stupid Doorbell, to Retrieve Your Mail, Just Terrible!
