Matt Macdonald 3 weeks agoWent here to send a prepaid parcel with a QR code. Waited 20 minutes in line to be told they don’t accept those here.
Ashlee E 8 months agoThis is the second time in the last 3 months that I’ve had to go there myself to retrieve my package!! My tracker would show its out for delivery early in the morning then by 6:30pm it’s sent back to the post office as “processing” then DAYS will go by and still no progress with my delivery so I go get my things myself. Service is terrible there, they’re super unorganized, and they have absolutely no sense of urgency; just dragging along… the line was crazy long and there’s only like 2 people back there as far as I seen. Just straight BS..
Renee Tennant 9 months agoI was supposed to get a package today. I did not receive it. 16.45 ebay needs to pay back. I don't trust the post office. They probably steal our package
Kristen Althizer 13 years agoI've been living in this postal zone for about 2 years now. Generally I get my mail on time and what not, but every once in a while I have big problems with this location. Just like all of the reviews say it seems like they aren't very organized. Everytime I go in there everything seems quite chaotic and so I avoid it at all costs. The mail carrier usually doesn't attempt to deliver packages to my door and sometimes they will leave them at my apartment building's mail boxes. Most of the time they just put a slip in the mail box out of pure laziness. One time I sent something to my sister and when she received it the contents had been stolen. The post office had stamped on the envelope that it had been opened... I know someone who works at the post office must have swiped it. Today I went in to pick up a package because my mail carrier did not attempt to deliver the package to my door OR leave it at the mail boxes. As usual there was a slip in my box telling me to come pick up my package. I went to the post office this morning and after waiting for about 5-10 minutes while the lady searched for my package she came back to tell me she couldn't find it. She asked for my number and said her supervisor would call me and if I didn't get a call (ha!), then I should call the supervisor. She jotted down a number and I left empty handed. I am mostly upset because I need this for school and it was very expensive. The moral of the story... avoid this place at all costs. I've had good experiences and very bad experiences here, but the bad have been really bad. Ship your stuff through UPS or something else.
Lima Harris 9 years agoWhat is the current phone number for the post office? The number on the letter I was sent from the post office is the same on the website, and all I get is a recording that says the Verizon wireless number may have changed or is no longer in service. For ten years I've had mail delivered no problem. We had work being done in the backyard so our dog had to be leashed on the porch for two days during daytime hours. My husband made him a little shady spot and put a barricade between the dog and the mailbox, even though the dog couldn't reach the mailbox. Four days in a row, the post carrier has delivered notices and picked up mail from my house despite the fact that they are now holding my mail. I spoke with the carrier today who rang my doorbell to tell me that I need to go to the post office to sign a paper about restraining my dog. I told her clearly my dog does not live on my porch, and explained that the two days she saw him, he was restrained, not loose. She said she reported us to be safe, not realizing the dog wasn't going to be there anymore. So for four days in a row she's delivering these notices and picking up my responses, ringing my doorbell to talk to me, but each time, not delivering my own mail. It's crazy how they won't deliver my mail, but every day now they're able to deliver their own mail to me. And then of course, she tells me I can drive to the post office, so I throw on some clothes, and it closes in 3 minutes. And again, I would call, but their phones are disconnected, or they've failed to post new numbers. I'm perturbed beyond belief!
