They should add the lunch break on their calendar because people are also working and taking the time to come here meanwhile they don’t let people know they closed for one hour for lunch

(Updated on September 3rd: what can I say? These guys are so helpful. I am lucky to have them very close to my residence. Cassandra and Robert are just awesome helpful people. An addition to USPS.)1at time visiting g today, I usually go to the USPS office at 500 Flagler where I got to know the lady that I always see there, Mrs. Alicia, who is very helpful and so fast at what she does as well as her team. Anyway, I never knew this place existed. The lady who attended to me, Miss Edith, was so helpful from the get go, before my turn, she was helping a gentleman on how to and where to write the sender and the receiver's address. Very patient and so helpful indeed. My visit took no more than 10 minutes. This location is relatively small but have all kind of packages from 1st class to big shipping boxes. Did you know you can order free packaging supplies from the USPS.con? I took many pictures as well as pictures of the street view because it can be a little confusing to get there. I will be coming alot to this place and hopefully make new USPS friends as this place is on a walking distance from where I live. To the customers I have a little suggestion:" when you come to the post office and you see a line, just be patient a bit, the agents are doing their job and they need to take their time. Keying in addresses and answering all sort of questions 100s of times a day every day can be a little bit annoying and making a mistake introducing an address in the system have a very bad consequences. Relax, get to know the people a bit, observe and learn something, no matter how small. Please.

I loved this post office till it worked sweetest man. He left and right now 2 women’s are late almost every day. They coming in convenient for them time not for us who working and don’t have time to come back few times per day. Will be nice if they be sweet, not mean like previous employees! Hope somebody fixed this problems! Thanks!

They have synthetic fragrance air fresheners at this location. I am allergic to synthetic fragrance and even for people who don’t have an allergy, it’s still an endocrine disrupter. I had to wait in long lines next to this air freshener

Most of the staff at this location are nice, friendly, and helpful, which we truly appreciate. However, during a recent visit,on a Monday Morning we were assisted by a staff member on the morning shift who was extremely loud and aggressive in her approach. She was pressuring customers to select only the “happy” and “positive” option on the survey before making a payment. The survey should be a tool that allows customers to share honest feedback and experiences whether positive or negative without feeling forced or intimidated. Being pressured to give only positive responses makes the survey meaningless and creates an uncomfortable experience for customers. We hope this concern can be addressed, as most of the team here does a great job and deserves genuine feedback for their service.
