Ms. Lisa is amazing! We’ve been here since August of last year and the few times we’ve stopped in the post office it has always been Ms. Lisa. She’s very helpful and efficient and ensures that when mailing a box that we’re using the right one with correct postage. One time I accidentally used a priority mail box that wasn’t labeled flat rate and she caught it and I didn’t realize how much cost difference was to send between the two. Ms. Lisa made sure I got the right box as I had already prepaid and hit me with some knowledge that I use going forward. I really hope that while we’re here that Ms. Lisa is permanent as she has such a positive energy and friendly vibe there. She definitely has the Aloha spirit 💕

Fantastic service everytime I go in this office, never an issue and a bit fun talking with the lady behind the counter. She is always there and has a trick or tip for whatever you're mailing. After getting the 'Oh honey' look and slow shaking of her head, she ensures your mail is done right to get where you want it. I sent my passport renewal a while back and she walked me through everything to make sure I had it all and properly filled out including getting a tracking number and how to use it to hold the passport office accountable. Today I sent in my vehicle registration renewal but was out of checks. They do money orders which I've never used (pfft, millennials). She helped me get it right and made recommendations for how to make it near DMV fool-proof.

The package I mailed to my daughter arrived to this location on December 10, tracking Nr. 9405511899564292547120 and yesterday was nowhere to be found. As a veteran of US Armed forces I ask myself what happened to our old postal service who was able to monitor, deliver and be conscious about own responsibility to serve our service members in combat situations ???? Beside the value is also the emotional los, especially during these times when we can't be together with our beloved ones. I am not going to set this matter to rest until will get clarified. Completely disappointing and unprofesional !!!

My daughter had packages sent from Amazon and still have not gotten her packages after a week. Where is her packages. I am confused. USPS FT Shafter is not..
