Apparently using the “wrong tape” at this USPS location is a grave offense worthy of condescension and attitude. Instead of simply explaining the issue like a normal professional, the staff member chose to speak down to me with a tone that suggested she was volunteering out of the goodness of her heart rather than doing the job she is paid to do. The interaction felt less like customer service and more like I should be grateful for her presence. For clarity: this was not a complex or serious issue. It was tape. A polite explanation would have taken seconds. What took longer was enduring unnecessary sarcasm, impatience, and the clear impression that customers are an inconvenience. Public-facing roles require basic courtesy. If explaining minor postage requirements is too much without making people feel small, perhaps customer service isn’t the right fit. USPS should remember that customers are not asking for charity — they are paying for a service.

Went on vacation and had to mail 10 boxes various trips to Ala Moana Post office. Recognize many of the employees from way back when i lived in Hawaii who were still nice and helpful. Thank you!

Fast Aloha service, plenty supplies to assist all your mailing needs. Usually 2-3 post office employees at counter. Across from parking area. Near taxi stand Walking distance from bus service.

there was hardly any customers when I walked in so I what's helped quickly, the guys who helped me today at 1:05 p.m. Saturday March 15th 2024 we're friendly, it was an awesome experience mahalo

They need to provide seats to customers，all the customers wait long long time. I don't think they don't know so many customers outside standing. Tired people，senior man，kids and workers who work all day. I hope your post Office change a little bid.
