Very helpful the two guys upfront one with dreadlocks and the other Spanish boy are very polite best customer service I’ve ever experience. I stood and listened how they extended to the customers offering assistance unreal.

The main part of the review is for after-hours access. Facility is large with ample parking, and it looks to be a hub for other areas. No drop-off box for packages or APS machine. There is a street side mail drop, and it looks like the lobby access is Monday thru Saturday during business hours only. I prefer going to the main office on Aolele since it has outside APS machines and drop-off bins. However, this location has parcel bins outside for neighbor residents for whom this is their local mail center so that must be nice for them.

I went here on a weekday afternoon about 25 minutes before closing, three people in front of me in line, two employees : I was in and out, having posted my package and bought stamps within five minutes. Good experience.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I keep calling to report an expensive package that they lost and they just hang up without saying a word.

I tried to ship wireless earphones but this clerk didn’t allow me to ship via air, only by boat. I told him it’s new earphones but he still insisted that he can only ship by boat. Pissed and disappointed.
