Parking, friendly staff, well stocked w/ boxes. Heads up, there is no self-service kiosk, however, there is a drop off box if your package already has postage.

I arrived at this location a few minutes before closing. I thought they closed at 4:30pm. The automatic door was shut-off and I had to wait for someone to leave in order to get inside. I was preparing my packages when one of the clerks came up and told me they were closed. I responded that I thought closing was at 4:30? The clerk’s curt response was “No” and they closed the door. Another clerk told me to go to another location even though I was already there. They lacked any compassion or kindness. They were more concerned about going home on time. So I had to leave without completing my transaction. The clerks only reinforced the stereotype that postal workers didn’t care about customers. Way to go!

This was a good place to go in the past😞, now with the fitness center the parking was terrible 😡👎🏻, the hours dont match up with the high volume of traffic just to do postal business or even to check p.o. box. out of luck on weekends and after 4p. the staff is nice, but rates for mailing has gone up there, sorry just a bad location (Update) with the closing of the fitness gym (sorry😧), parking should get better, and service should be better, I hope, I pray🙏🏼, one reason I been with them for over 7 years.

People hating on the USPS need to chill. It isn't a business, it's a government service. It is part of the baseline, rudimentary infrastructure that makes things run, like roads or emergency services. UPS, Fedex, etc. would not be profitable businesses if they were responsible for providing the services that USPS does, such as deliver mail to rural locations, provide low price flat rate shipping, and media mail. I agree that USPS could be more efficient and sometimes can be frustrating and slow, but we can't have widely accessible public infrastructure if companies like FedEx and UPS don't pay their fair share of taxes, underpay their employees, and only operating in regions which are profitable, leaving the unprofitable parts to USPS, our friends and public servants.

The United States Postal Service is obsolete. Probably the slowest most unreliable way of sending anything. I think the pony express 200 years ago was faster. These US postal workers have zero sense of urgency and any desire to do a good job. They cruise through life with their brain on autopilot. I wish one day we defund and abolish this useless organization. Pathetic
