Packages are consistently lost by this branch, with no one able to tell me why things are lost in Honolulu for weeks or months at a time. Arrived today 5 minutes before closing. They didn’t have supplies out that I needed. Despite being at the counter before closing they only let me complete part of my transaction and made me leave without giving me my total change. Complete lack of professionalism and compassion.

Somebody by the name of Bob thinks he can talk to people however he wants….he’s sadly mistaken. This guy is the manager and he is worse than the employees there (if that’s possible.) somebody needs to remove him but he seems to be protected.

They only take cash or check. I wanted to mail 5 flat rate boxes. Now I have to go to makiki.

I'm surprised, frankly, by all the negative reviews. I use this place to mail packages and buy stamps -- and I love it. Very helpful staff, hardly ever crowded, ma 'n pa feel, plenty parking in back of the bldg. Easy in, quick out. Never a hassle or long wait in 10+ years.

Keep away! They don’t know their own polices and procedures! The will not give you your mail if you don’t have your key to your box because they say, the cannot put their hand in your POB. Who puts the mail in the box? They don’t know what they are doing and are constantly changing how they run their business!
