Nicole West 8 months agowaited 20 mins to cash a money order out that I purchased from this joke of a place, to be told they don’t have enough money which is a lie. Told to go find another place to cash it.
haunani hess 10 months agoUPS Store (Kahala) Worst customer service ever. I cannot believe the level of attitude and lack of professionalism by Ryan and (manager) Stephen, who couldn’t be bothered to extend any customer service other than Ryan telling me I can’t get my packages back, and Stephen telling me I can get my packages back but that I won’t get a refund. I was overcharged and hung up on. Worst of the worst.
