DO NOT MAIL YOUR PACKAGES HERE. I WORK AT THE AIRPORT SO IT WAS CLOSE BY, SO FAR 2X IN LESS THAN A 2 WEEK PERIOD I WENT TO SELF SERVICE KIOSK AND LETS JUST SAY MY PACKAGES HAVE NOT LEFT THE POST OFFICE FOR OVER 2 WEEKS AND BOTH PACKAGES ARE MISSING. A VERY NICE LADY TRIED TO HELP ME TRACK 2 OF THEM BUT SHE COULDN'T FIND THEM. I USE TO WORK AT THE POST OFFICE AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THERE IS INSIDE THEFT GOING ON. 2 PACKAGES AGAIN IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS IS NO WHERE TO BE TRACED AND HASNT EVEN BEEN SENT BACK TO ME. THIS IS NOT OVER

Honestly terrible, they’ve still got my packages. I had a couple of packages mailed from Guam to Tennessee. Packages made it to this post office Feb 6th. Estimated delivery date of Feb 9th. (I paid for expedited shipping.) My packages have AirTags. I understand delays happen however, this isn’t a delay. My mail hasn’t moved the same corner of the building in 5 days and wasn’t even scanned in at this post office until 10 Feb after I called the main USPS number. This post office has not answered the phone for me despite me calling numerous times over the course of their working hours the last three days. They do not have accountability of my mail. This is statistically the LEAST busy time of the year for usps in Hawaii. My leave ends soon and it’s starting to look like I will not be able to claim my items from the store I’m having them shipped to, which has a policy that they get to keep unclaimed items after a certain period of time.

Worst Customer Service, ONLY 2 windows open, line was 25 to 20 deep. I’ve been in line for 45 minutes and still not at window. It probably take 1 hour to mail 2 letters. On top of that a lady is going around asking stupid questions, she should open another window. This is why USPS country lose money, the US Government should sell this money and service loser off!!!

There's always a few rotten eggs that make the while establishment look bad. And yes, I was helped by him today. Normally when I finally make it to the counter to be helped after about 30 mintues of standing in line they open with a genuine, "thank you for waiting." Not a peep out of this one. In fact I could barely hear him. I even heard the next customer say " I can't hear you" to him as I was leaving. I begin handing him my packages and instead of receiving them he gestures me to place them on the scale for him. Yes sir, your majesty. After he scans them one by one he drops them carelessly and without care on the carosouls behind him. At least pretend you care about the handling of the parcels when the customer is right in front of you. I then ask him for some flat rate boxes and envelopes as they were none outside to grab for myself. He then says the craziest thing. "Wait over there at the other end of the counter because we don't have employees and someone will get it for you." So who's going to get them for me at the other end of the counter if you don't have employees? Like an idiot I went to the other end and stood there for a minute until I knew/realized help wasn't coming. At least be honest and say you were too lazy to walk to the other end of the counter to get the boxes for me instead of saying something so ridiculous. Unacceptable.

The wait in service is non existing.. Every staff member comes to the counter to assist the customer. I love it!! True Aloha Spirit!! Can even drop off mail or pkgs before catching flight to other islands or abroad. MAHALO FOR YOUR SERVICE!!! 🤙🏽🤙🏽
