I shipped a collectible item from this post office. It was delivered without the contents inside. Someone within the postal service opened the box, removed the contents, taped the box back together, and mailed an empty box. Yes, it was stolen from a post office employee. Do not mail items from here if you care about them.

I order tons of packages. They move through most the country pretty well, then get to Indy and sit for a week or more, or just never leave Indy. Place needs to get it together.

I would give this post office a negative review if possible. 45 min wait today, 1 teller working, sometimes 2 during the lunch hour. There were 5 people in front of me, 10 behind me. Multiple people left the line and after 45 mins, I also gave up and left. Returned at 5:12 as the office was open until 5:30. Doors were locked and closed. Absolute BS. Find another branch.

The lady who worked on Saturday 11-8-2025 at the downtown location was extremely rude!! I tried to explain that a package was being held for my daughters birthday and she didn’t care at all and I was not able to retrieve my package. Extremely disrespectful! I would give 0 stars if I could!!
