It feels a little strange to be reviewing the post office, but the East Boston branch has some of the friendliest and most helpful employees I've ever encountered at a post office. They know many of their customers and always offer my dog a biscuit.

Hi dear .. I always go there to send my father something he asked for because he need it .. so I found Kelly she’s too helpful and kind always helps and support with advices .. yesterday I forgot even my phone left in the table and she told me to grab it ..thank you Kelly .. you been always nice and I appreciate what you’ve done for all those customers.. you’re always friendly with the smile thank you again for everything…

Been going here for the past two years, nicest and most helpful crew I have had around Boston - not to say the others weren't nice - so very surprised by some of the reviews... Always making sure you get the best se4vice for the money instead of trying to upsell, which I very much appreciate. :)

The most helpful and friendly USPS staff I've met so far. Didn't have that bad attitude that most ones have, making you feel dumb.
