So far so good. I called with some questions about general delivery and the girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. Let's see how it goes when I actually go to pick the mail up... :/

When I tried to contact the post office I was nice and told her good morning she hung up on me. I called back right away and she was laughing with other employees over the fact of what she did. I asked to speak to the manager. The so called assistant manager. Told me that she is the assistant manager and no one was above her. I tried to explain to her what a manager and a assistant manager is. She put me in a loop on hold. She blocked me from calling the post office back. She knows that she missed up and will not expect responsibilities for it. NOW I KNOW WHY PEOPLE ARE DROPPING THE POSTOFFICE. No one should put up with this.
