I’m not sure if this is the correct ‘distribution center’ for Lincoln. But goodness, even if the package arrives an entire day before the expected delivery date there is still a chance it’ll sit up there and be late. Sometimes for fun, they even send it somewhere else and then it has to come back. Just ridiculous.

The shipping/receiving white guy at the loading/unloading docks is extremely rude disrespectful and violent behavior and manner towards Amazon drivers only. The backing area is not safe they have employees driving around you while you are trying to back in this horrible lot. I hope someone of authority sees this review and removes that guy from this area and also if you all can take down this wall infront the dock doors will be so much safer and great for drivers backing into dock doors. Thanks

This sorting center is so subpar that even a 1 star rating is too high. My packages, after sitting in the Omaha office for 4 or 5 days, get sent to locations that are completely illogical. For example, my most recent package has been in Omaha for 4 days and it finally shipped, not to Loup City but to Harvard, NE. How is this logical?! The letters L and H look very different and the zip code for Loup City is 68853. The zip code for Harvard is 68944. Way different!! Can the employees there read? And why does it take 4 days? I live 3 hours from Omaha! Has the pony express been reinstated? What is going on there?

I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but my experience wasn’t bad. Had to wait on a dock for about 30 minutes and got me unloaded in a hour. They took longer to load my trailer in St. Louis. All in all it went smooth.

The most unorganized "business" ever. Not a single person has a clue how to do their job. They should fire everyone starting at the top management and just work your way down till everyone is out. Trucks waiting 10, 12, 19 hours to be unloaded!! No accountability. No integrity. No motivation. Been waiting 11 hours now and there's still 2 trucks ahead of me. That's no excuse for this. Update: 18 hours and I was finally called in. THANK GOD FOR STEVE ON DAY SHIFT or this place would not function at all. That man deserves a raise!
