Dude. These people do not know how to their jobs EVER. I had to call multiple to confirm that my address wasn’t an unfinished address each time they kept telling they’d deliver it and they wouldn’t!!! Finally a guy took care of it and NOW my packages get returned cause of unknown addressee. They didn’t call or nothing. They said screw you and returned my package that I’ve been waiting for FOR WEEKS. Back to the sender. Unbelievable. This place is trash. I’m sure lots of people would give a zero if they could.

I live bwtn 6012 N 102nd St. Post Office and this one. I’m a little closer to 6012 but have decided to come to this one over this past year, simple due to the fact that you feel more welcome and the vibe here is much better. We love our local post delivery person (lady), but the personalities inside are no where near as polite, cheery nor lively as 144th. Some times you don’t know if you’re walking in and will be welcome or just another number. However, every-time I come to 144th, I feel welcomed, happy and everyone has terrific personalities. Not that it’s a requirement but customer service goes a long way. Thank you all for being so polite, quick, super nice and overly welcoming. I do used the kiosk when there’s a line but I really don’t mind waiting when you all are so nice. Happy Holidays!

My package delayed at USPS distribution center in Omaha. I asked the local post office to drop my package on the porch while family out for vacation, but my request was ignored and the package left at the front door.

Very terrible customer service. The post office has just gotten so bad. The clerk, (John, lots of tattoos and piercings) was not friendly at all, it's like if you really hate your job that much quit and find something else to do.

I moved to an apartment in the BoysTown post office area. I have not been receiving my mail. I emailed a complaint. They pretty much said too bad, and closed the complaint. I am still not receiving my mail. I have lost a new DL, and paid for a new one again, still haven’t received the new one. This is not acceptable! What can someone do about such incompetence?
