The older African American front desk Lady is so difficult to work with she gives me anxiety whenever I have packages to mail very rude get very upset when you ask to borrow tape and print off a shipping label if you don’t like your job then quit !

I'm regretting using this post office black lady employee is always rude. I was asking questions and she went and sat down at desk. The next time she came to the counter with a mouth full of food. She really is not a people person so why work with the public maybe? the USPS should be a private business because its prices are too high and employees are the worst.

A female Elderly employee was super friendly with the guest in front of us and as soon as it was our turn she turned blunt and rude. She commented how my ID wasn’t Nebraska and I explained I was temporary which she huffed. She threw my ID on the counter and said “that will do I guess” and we stood there confused.

Born and raised here in Florence, been coming here for a long time and the service has only gone downhill, today I walked in at 2:35 (they are back from lunch at this time) and nobody was at the front desk, and nobody came to the front desk for 15 minutes! A lined formed behind me and I’m surprised none of the employees heard the door open and close as it has a bell on it. All the while I could hear two people casually talking in the back, if I could hear them I’m sure they could hear me and others walk in. Poor service.

One of your heavier old lady mail carriers thought it would be a great idea to flip me off because I was temporarily parked in front of a mailbox. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a working "professional"
