Considering the amount of traffic the USPS employees see on a daily basis... I have nothing but gratitude for Bill, Tim, Brennon and Terri and the other employees that are working in the back. (That we don't see) So many people are so quick to get upset over such trivial situations that they've had with the USPS, and it makes me sick!!! Try putting yourselves in their shoes. I couldn't do what they do, or put up with all the ignorant customers they deal with EVERY DAY!!! If you're not happy with the USPS.... Go elsewhere. I'm thankful for the service provided, but more importantly. I appreciate the individuals providing the service!

Terri and Bill went above and beyond to make my life easier today. They should be recognized. Most post offices have employees that let you know they hate their jobs through their body language and attitudes. Not these 2. I'll be going out of my way to visit their branch from now on for my business postal needs.

A package was lost thru USPS and I filed for a lost package claim. I went in a week or so after that to see if there was any update on it. Well I was sending a package to someone else and I was speaking to the cashier that was helping me out about it and her co worker interjected into the conversation. So I indulged her on some information about the claim and why I put it in. The person who sent me the package didn't buy the tracking number feature because it weighed under their limit to need a tracking number which is 3 pounds. Well the lady next to my cashier wanted to argue over it and all I wanted was to see if there was a status update on the claim. I didn't wanna go in there and argue with anyone. She seems like the type to think she's a know it all and prolly pisses her co workers off with her attitude. It's no wonder I hear bad stories about this location. Almost everyone except for the lady that helped me has a terrible attitude. Won't be going back in there and hope no one else goes in there because of their lack of kindness.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with these people. All my packages are delivered to the wrong apartment. There’s a North and South tower, but it seems like they’re too lazy to check and always deliver to the South tower. There’s an (N) on my apartment number for a reason but these bozos can’t seem to get that figured out.

Can someone tell the delivery employees that when they scan packages in Luxer systems (or any other apartment scanners) that believe it or not, I already know my own address and so I don’t need them to take a picture of it. I need a pic of the FROM address. It’s not rocket science, folks.
