Went down there to help with a pretty simple address mistake with my neighbor. I just kept getting a notice for their package and it seemed like it would be easy to clear up but lol I was very wrong. Immediately upon entering, the first attendant was dismissive, saying they “didn’t have it”, which is what they told my neighbor. That’s one thing, but then they couldn’t provide anyone with the information on where it HAD gone. They didn’t even check the tracking number until I pressed them to and then their best guess is that it was returned to sender, but only said so after I suggested that might be the case. I am hoping that is true, however, my interactions with the staff at this location after that exchange do worry me. I pressed again, saying that they would probably have a record of what happened, if it was delivered elsewhere or returned, but they SAY they don’t. I expressed that seemed odd, that this is a federal organization and I’m sure they have that as a part of their procedure, that is their actual job, and that made who I was talking to very angry. She said “we don’t have it” and slammed the little teller door after her. Rude is one thing, but now that interaction really makes me wonder where that package went. I really hope it was returned to the sender. If there is a manager or other authority figure that can help us resolve this issue, please reach out to me or the intended recipient. Our efforts to resolve with the Leavenworth Carrier Annex have not worked.

Drove to the site to talk with them. The staff went above an beyond to find the package and get it to me. I truly appreciate their help! HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY. Was in my kitchen coming when I got a notification on my tracking app saying "NO ACCESS TO DELIVERY LOCATION" I'm officially filing a corporate complaint on Monday, as they aren't open today. This has to stop --- They consistently don't deliver packages. I was home today WAITING for my package. Got a notice on my tracking app at 3 that they weren't delivering it and that a note was left. They have done this several times, and I keep calling and telling them that I want a note put on my file that I want all packages delivered always. This was not done apparently. I'm furious, because I delayed going out and running errands to be home to try and prevent this very thing from happening. I don't know if it's specific drivers, or just the weekends, but it needs to stop. Do your job. So fed up with this.

Nobody knows anything in this location people that is in the front door window has no clue and they always asking someone in the back that just makes it worse, not a good experience....!?

This place deserves 0 stars. My package was “delivered” on May 7th but it was not there. I called over 4 times just to get a geo location for my package but every time someone would have some sort of excuse of why they can’t provide me more info, and every single time I get someone “promising” to call me back but I never got any. I was extremely patient this entire time, I just wanted to know if the package was left in the mail room or not so I know what to file the case under (delivered to the wrong place or stolen). At this point I don’t know if they were just all lying to me or straight not care

I was supposed to have gotten a package on Friday, and my husband was supposed to get a separate package on the same day. Generally, the carrier just leaves our packages by the door. Whoever delivered our things didn’t get the memo, and marked it as “no secure location”. I requested a redelivery for Saturday, and still didn’t receive my packages. So, again, I requested another redelivery for today... Even if I do get them today, I’m absolutely disappointed with the service.
