My aunt had to pick up her package at her old address her new one is in Kentucky. Luckily she was visiting family and was able to do. My other complaint is they returned my letter, because they didn't bother to read my handwriting. I had wrist surgery this year, so my handwriting is not best. Very disappointing. The new staff is more friendly, but it doesn't make up for the lack luster performance.

If I could of did a 1/2 a star I would of done so.. I’m sorry I really don’t like be negative.. They need a lot of help in the MOTIVATION DEPARTMENT for sure,, dirty ,, slow,, & sadly never seem too kno why my packages are always late/lost/ or rerouted somewhere,, I kno there still good ppl,, just bad management

This location needs training. They seemed overworked, irritated, and slow every time I go in there. Had to get an investigation because I had 2 very important pieces of mail I was expecting. They told me it went back to return to sender even though I filled out a vacation hold. Throw customers outgoing packages to the side, all over the place and need to stack up on inventory

Dropped off my packages at the desk.The counter was really nice.People are great just a little busy , but it was still nice

If I could give zero starts I would. They handled my package to an stranger that had a “slip” they didn’t ask that person for an ID because according to the post office employees they don’t have to if the person has a slip. Obviously that thief took the slip from my door. And the USPS regulations stand that they MUST check a Valid Photo ID to validate the address!. Beware they could lose your mail too.
