I have the inform delivery app on my phone. It tells me what mail is supposed to be delivered on each day. Didn't get my mail for 1/24, 1/26, 2/20, 2/26, 3/2, still haven't received those pieces of mail I called and filed complaint and that didn't do any good. Still missing mail. 🤬😡😡

We need to petition to have this location shut down. It's useless !!!!They won't deliver your mail and the manager doesn't care he will and has overlooked carrier and mail issues.

I was at this location at 2:20 today. There were a few customers ahead of me, all with loads of things to send out. The gentleman at the window was extremely pleasant with everyone, getting their needs taken care of with a perfect combination of speed and kindness. While working, he told a gentle joke to each person, never failing to smile. It seemed like he was in his happy place. For as long as the line was, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was impressed with the speed of the gentlemen, his attitude, and they had exactly the stamps I was hoping to get. Very pleased with this location and employee.

“Ladies” working 12/03/25 at 9 am need to be let go. Extremely disrespectful and enjoy talking crap about people when they think they are not able to hear them.
