This place is terrible. The woman who works here with the hand tattoo and glasses tried to steal my package after lying and saying my package wasn’t there when it quite literally said it was on the actual USPS website. Her supervisor knew what she was doing and tried to placate me after giving me my package. Horrible place with horrible people. Try to avoid this place at all costs. ****EDIT****** Just when I think this place cannot get absolutely worse one of their workers marked one of my packages as delivered when he literally did not deliver my package at all . I had to pull up footage from my home to show that he never actually delivered my package and lied about it on the tracking. Seriously what is going on with this place? Why do all the people that work here actually attempt to steal the packages from people using USPS as a delivering service? This place needs to be shut down and investigated.

Super expensive to ship to Canada. Paid $150 plus and its been over a week and it's still not to the border. They need to take pointers from ups and have thing done on computer and another form. Get with the times.

This location has a self-service quiosk and their lobby is open 24/7. They offer PO Boxes, which is an extra opportunity for them to spam you with unsolicited mail. After the COVID shutdown, the recycling bins did not come back - small bump on the recycling journey. Every time I used their mailing services, the mail clerks were helpful and friendly. Sadly, the prices to rent a PO box have been increasing steadily to the point that they are no longer affordable or sustainable for individuals.

Recurring issue with lost mail and packages. They vanish without a trace and no one is willing to fix the problem. Very disappointed.

They marked that they attempted to deliver a package without actually attempting to deliver it. So they mark it ready for pick up. I drive to the post office. It is not actually ready for pick up so I have to go again tomorrow to pick it up. On top of this, we have had issues with receiving our mail for years. We constantly receive other people's mail after several attempts to stop it.
