Usually staff is really friendly but new personel was just casually leaning on the desk on phone when I walked in. Wasn’t friendly and insisted I remove absolutely all residue of a remaining battery hazard label, despite there being nothing left on there but a number, which would’ve been covered by label I was asking them to print out. Honestly extra for no reason. I still obliged out of respect, but it goes both ways.

One of the best USPS offices in all of Charlotte. The staff members are extremely nice and courteous, especially considering how many customers they see and interact with on a daily basis. This location also offers shipping items, including packaging, boxes, tape, etc. If you need to rent a PO Box, they have plenty to choose from. There’s also a blue dropbox outside the main front door if you need to drop off letters after hours. You shouldn’t have any trouble with parking directly in front of the post office.

2 stars because at least they print your receipts and let you check out. The workers have attitudes. You work in customer service. Part of your job is to not be rude to customers lol...the worker that helped me didn't want to put in any extra effort and I feel like she over charged me out of spite

Great service, prompt and very friendly. The line is not long as they got three counters. The place is clean and convenient. The service is no hassle, and their tracking service is very convenient.
