skyjames k 2 months agoMailman was putting my mail on the trunk of a car that wasn't mine. The car was parked about 4 to 5 feet to close to one side of the mailbox in front of the neighbors house. I have on video that he placed the mail and sometimes packages on the trunk of a car. I complained and showed proof. Mailman showed them his picture which showed literally the same thing I showed except I showed him putting mail on the trunk of a car. They sided with him of course. They told me to ask the neighbor to move the car. How do you get ignorant people to move a car. They say as long as their not blocking the mailbox it's okay. Well mail man won't deliver because they are being petty and one side of the mailbox has a car to close. But he can literally put the mail in the mailbox cause he's right there in reaching distance. Same driver has also placed my mail on the ground. Still works there After all my complaints, USPS has done nothing but blame the customer. They have also disabled my USPS account. My wife was expecting a package. Guess what, they skipped us and said it was undeliverable. They also say it is unsafe for the driver to exit his vehicle to put the mail in the mailbox but you can see he has enough space if he wanted to make the effort to put the mail in the mailbox But he didn't. He wanted to be spiteful. He believed it was my car like it matters. You don't don't deliver mail like that. Now I am not getting nothing. Even when the car isn't there. They won't deliver mail. It's funny how some neighborhoods, the mailman parks the mail truck and walks house to house. My old mailman did that at my last 2 places, and these neighborhoods were not as nice. Seems now, the neighborhood I live in is not safe enough to exit the mail truck to place mail in the box. All he had to do is lean over. I'm being punished because of someone else's ignorance and USPS to blind to see. Was expecting a package for my nephews birthday gift today 5/1. Wasn't delivered. Guess why. The tracking shows undeliverable. The pictures below show drives by with no effort or attempts. Just because the neighbors car is close. So I guess I have to assume that this guy will find any reason to skip my house. Thanks USPS. Thanks for nothing. As of May 2nd. The package did not get redelivered. But he did leave a piece of mail in the mailbox shown in picture below. Which the package was supposed to be redelivered the following day which is today. So yeah, this delivery guy is taking it out on me for no reason. Probably left the package at the USPS station so I would have to pick it up. It's intentional. Like I said petty. 5/6 another package wasn't delivered. Mailman drove by didn't even attempt to deliver. Once again. Post office said packages deemed to big for mailbox would be placed at door. That's is the only time mail truck delivery driver can exit their vehicle. He did not and just drive off. Now that makes another package marked as undeliverable. I got fed up filed another complaint. USPS is now ignoring me and my complaints. Contacted 311. Less than 20 minutes they sent police out there, and the neighbor finally moved their car. 4 months of this and one call to 311 and less than half an hour. 311 told me it is illegal to block access to on my mailbox. USPS never told me that in all the complaints I made. They just kept telling me they can't park within 12 feet of both sides and mail won't be delivered if it's blocking. Absolutely no help. 311 shined brightly today and I thank them.
Ty smith 2 weeks agoBeen here before since 840am waiting for them to open the doors and it’s well after 9am and no one has started taking customers even now at 9:10am!! The customer line is out the door this is Ridiculous!!
Eva Mur 6 months agoAbsolutely disrespectful behavior from an employee named Johnnie. If your company values its reputation and its relationship with customers, I strongly recommend reviewing the security camera footage from December 23 at 12:35 PM. Please observe how this man, who is twice my size and height, was yelling at me while my young children were standing nearby and witnessed this behavior. He behaved in a completely unacceptable manner — pretending not to understand what I was saying, laughing, acting aggressively, and insulting me. This person should absolutely not be working with people. His behavior was unstable and inappropriate.
Deja Kelly 5 months agoMy experience at this post office was traumatic and extremely disappointing. While I was inside for just a few minutes, my car was broken into and my dog was stolen from my vehicle outside the building. There was no security presence, no cameras that could help, and no assistance or concern shown afterward. I’m starting to think it was one of the employees who did it. This happened in broad daylight, in what should be a safe, monitored area. Losing my dog this way has been devastating, and the lack of safety measures around this location is unacceptable. Please be extremely cautious if you visit—do not leave anything, especially pets, in your vehicle, even briefly.
CalmBeforetheSTORM 4 months agoWhat is up with the tall, somewhat older, Black male clerk? He ALWAYS seem to have an attitude and NEVER greets, or even acknowledge customers. I strolled in about a week ago, around 10:30a, or so and I was hoping to get the young lady, as her personality is much better. Unfortunately, I was next for his counter. My spidey senses ALWAYS tingle if he is working, which is a FURTHER indication, that something about him is just not right. For the life of me, I CANNOT understand WHY people have customer service jobs, but SERIOUSLY LACK, in actual customer service skills! Oh well.
