Having only one person working on a Saturday led to a 45-minute wait. Kelly was doing her absolute best… she was kind, hardworking, and clearly trying to keep up but the long line left her understandably overwhelmed. This is a staffing issue. Kelly deserves some help!!

I love the staff but now there is no parking with the addition of the Atrium medical office. Front street parking is designated as a bike lane. Very poor planning and frustrating for PO Box holders. :-/

Saturday morning, the day most people have available to go to the poster office, and there's only one person working.

Holly is heaven sent. Today was PACKED and something I noticed as I moved through the line was how impressed other customers were with Holly’s customer service! Even though she was working the desk alone she was consistently giving the best service to every person she met, she was also interacting with the line and apologizing for our wait. Two ladies in front of me spoke of how sweet holly always is and that speaks to the consistency in service she provides. When it was my turn to check out she was very quick and got me out of there in a flash! Thanks to Holly for making stressful holiday tasks a little more joyful!
