On usps website this location says it has 24/7 kiosk open but when I went out of my way to get there I was met with this sign saying the kiosk is not open all the time. Update the website

I think employees at the postal service are attempting to steal my packages containing CBD products. Every time I have mailed a package containing CBD products they wind up hundreds of miles away from their intended destination!!!! Earlier this year I mailed such a package to Atlanta, GA which is only a 4 hour drive from Charlotte, NC, the package wound up in Kentucky! Almost a week later the package came to my home as undeliverable. I sent another such package to NYC from Charlotte, NC and the package is now in Texas! Either someone at the post office dislikes me or someone / some people at the post office are attempting to steal or tamper with the items that I am sending! No one is taking responsibility for this!!! I am going to have to restrict my customer orders to FedEx or UPS. This is not acceptable at all! My customers will not trust me if I cannot get them their packages without this happening. I will have to refund / compensate customers for these losses. I am going to report this to the authorities.

Now I understand why they have a 2.2 rating. Only 1 person providing service at lunchtime with a long line of people, not to mention they misplaced my mail. The Young lady was extremely kind but they have to do a better job at have enough people sering customers during busy times

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I sent an international package that was returned to me. I paid $132 to send this package. I come to the post office to inquire on why it was returned and if we could resend it and they’re wanting to charge me an additional 132. They stated that in the details I did not specify what two children’s toys and two shirts were. I asked them why didn’t they catch this three times and they kept avoiding the question stating it is up to me to put this in the details and customs can return it. They were trying not to admit fault that they are indeed the ones that looked at the customs forms but decided to send it out anyway without recognizing that there is a problem with the form when it is their JOB. Absolutely horrible service and they did not make me hole so now I’m out $132 to send a package worth 80.TERRIBLE.
