Like others have said, I'm only giving one star because zero isn't an option. First of all, this place looks like where you go to get abducted. When you try to call, the phone rings several times before giving you a busy signal. Why have a phone number if you're not going to bother answering? From what I saw/heard when I went to this location in person, you're not too busy to answer the phone. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior from all employees. If this is the modern US Postal Service, it's no wonder my apartment complex has had several packages vanish into thin air recently. We had a substitute mail carrier for the past few weeks, and I and at least 10 of my fellow residents had packages marked as delivered that never showed up in that time. We strongly suspect theft, for which I've reported this location and its employees to the OIG, but of course who knows if anything will come of that. One thing's for sure, though; I'll be keeping an extremely close eye on all my future deliveries. Between the aforementioned missing (stolen) packages and my visit to this location, I have no trust left in the USPS, especially not in anyone who works at this location. This place should be inspected and shut down.

This post office keeps holding our mail. Ive had to drive up there 5 times and still they seem to have no way to continually deliver the mail to our address. Randomly it stops being delivered and they say that they belive it was put on hold for some unknown reason! This is a bit ridiculous and there's nothing that we can do about it other than move apparently.

This place has identical customer service as a Bojangles restaurant. Update. 9/15/25 This postal station is terrible but our letter carrier who retired about 6 months ago was great. We received a replacement who was great, but he ended up getting transferred shortly after. I believe our current guy for the last several months is our new replacement. He has the enthusiasm of a snail with ankle weights on and several neighbors have pondered does he come each mail day.

I get informed delivery so I know what's supposed to be coming. I'm waiting on a check and of course the mail didn't even come yesterday (Friday) it's not a holiday. Today I'm still waiting, no mail truck in sight. This location isn't open on Saturday. I need the mail to come like it's supposed to come. I've never had this issue in any other mail area. Update: is now Monday 3:30 still no mail.
