Update: We got it, I’m not sure what went on but we got it 4 days later than when it was “Delivered”. This isn’t a review about the service by the Helpful and really nice lady who man’s the front of this post office. I’m leaving a 1 Star because I ordered something for my wife through USPS and it said “Delivered” but it wasn’t. I put in a request “Missing Mail” request, which takes forever to get to and they sent an automated message saying “It’s already delivered”. Well, obviously it’s not and I wouldn’t leave this review if it had been. I spent over $100 for these shoes for my wife, and I haven’t gotten them nor compensation from USPS.

Had an important package to send out by a certain date and was a very busy morning for me. As this is the closest location, I came at 10 am on Saturday as the hours stated and doors were closed. Me and another lady stood around for 15 minutes for nobody to show up. No sign or anything on the door information customers they would be closed. They choose when they want to open, so if you go here don’t be shocked that they aren’t open.

Clean and organized facility. Ms.Rhonda was very helpful and accommodating, she explained the mailing process concisely and with compassion. Very pleasant visit.

I visited this location on Monday 12/4/23 because it's the closest to NODA. Google says it's open until 4pm. I walked in at 1:02 pm and the clerk lady said, "sorry we're closed. it says 1pm on the door". She had just finished up with another customer. I said, 1. google says you're open until 4pm; 2. it's 1:02 pm and you're saying you can't help me? She said, "I'm working on my own time right now and they don't let me work past 1pm." So I had to drive to the Midwood location to mail my brother's birthday present. That cost me at least 20 minutes of my time, round trip. I work too you know. Needless to say my experience was incredibly frustrating. Avoid this location at all costs. The lady who works here is rude and absolutely useless. Horrible customer service.

The young lady name Rhonda was helpful and very patient. She made my day!!! Thanks Rhonda for all you do!!!
