If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional and rude clerk. I sent my son to mail a overnight envelope which I mistakenly placed a priority mail sticker on which can't be done so yes, that was my fault. When he hands it to her she asks "what you want me to do with that"? You have one job to do and that's to deliver courteous customer service but obviously thats a lost art. My son (which I may add is 17yoa) has high functioning autism so I give him little things to do for independence reasons but the way he said you spoke and treated him was disgusting. To the point where he left my envelope with a check in it on your counter which I had to hurry back and get. Your behavior and attitude is inexcusable. I'm a dispatcher for the police department so its often I have words directed at me that can't be repeated here and never, and I do mean never am I disrespectful, unprofessional or rude despite the fact. No one put the application in your hand so if you don't like your job or plan do it as outlined in Standards of Conduct (ELM 665) "employees must maintain HIGH STANDARDS of CHARACTER, acting honestly, properly and courteously...quit

Everytime I go there's either a sign saying be back in 15 minutes or they closed for lunch. I mean their hours don't say anything about a lunch break. And if there is a lunch break it needs to be posted on their website where the hours of operation are listed. It's called common courtesy as my time is valuable also.

Post office supposed to be open at 10:00 unprofessional if you don't like your job find a new job.

Business hours say it’s open but when we arrived at 1:10 PM, the rude employee said they close from 1 PM to 2 PM every day for lunch. Not sure if this is an actual policy or if this unhelpful employee just is making her own break hours despite a group of customers waiting to be helped

Waited 30 minutes and not a single worker in the store. Young black female finally came back (from outside, so clearly she had left work) at 1pm when the store was closing and said the system was down so she couldn’t help anyone. The most unprofessional thing I’ve ever experienced. What employee completely leaves the store for 30+ minutes and puts a sign up saying be back in 5. I was personally only there for 30 minutes, but who actually knows when she left because people were there before me and left.
