I want to say THANK YOU to both the Clerk who handled my call, and the Carrier #12 for his help in getting my package delivered corrected. I ended up with a wrong number on the package, they sent me a notification and after I called we corrected my mistake. Both were curious, easy to understand and went out of their way to ensure my package being delivered that Saturday 10/18/25 like it was supposed to be. 👍👍

Called to ask if I need to pick my package up or if it will be delivered. I could barely hear the woman on the phone and all she did was scream from a distance “I wouldn’t know that!!!” I also work in customer service so I was polite on the phone, but I really wanted to scream back at that woman. 0/10 stars. 🤞🏻 I get an email or something if I need to pick it up.

I hate the post office everywhere. Can't change my address when I have my paper identification from the BMV. Don't have my plastic card to be scanned to change it. So the BMV gives you paper and mail the plastic card to you but if you moved 4 hours away you can't change the address without a plastic card. I believe that's bull crap and the guy didn't want to type in my license number.

James is great at front counter but, if you get the woman to his left. She is rude and very bad at communication or something. Does not listen cuz she’s to busy trying to make it complicated. She just did not care to help. Just throw attitude for no good reason.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, 0% professional, and 100% unnecessary attitude. I called to redirect my package and instantly was met with customer service giving me an attitude and speaking to me in a condescending matter. 0/10 , 1 out of 5 stars.
