I have never had a worse experience. came here to mail an international package and the woman refused to accept the forms I had though every other post office has been taking them. she refused to help me and I went to another location where they accepted it just fine. lazy workers who don’t want to do what they’re paid to do.

I went there with 13 boxes—two of which were taped together on top—and all the boxes were of the exact same dimensions: 11.705 x 5.5. They weren't very large boxes; in fact, they were quite small. The employee working there—a woman—told me she couldn't possibly ship all those boxes because she was working alone. I pointed out to her, "You are on the job; this *is* your work, and you get paid to do it." She replied, "I can't do that; I can only ship five boxes." Does that make any sense? I certainly do not recommend that anyone visit this shipping company. While there are some good people working there, that particular woman’s attitude was terrible; she is a very unpleasant person. This took place on the first day of the week—Monday, May 4, 2026.

A lot of complaints about this location so I wanted to set the record straight. Convenient location lots of with free parking, adequately supplied and fantastic customer service. Yes they are short staffed but that is no fault of the employee. Be patient and nice to one another.

I have reached out numerous times about my mail not being delivered within the last month. Every time I get the answer of “we will look into it and call you back.” Yet I never get a call back nor a reason for why my mail is not being delivered.

My trip to this post office is always great because they have "Tasha" the best employee in the word. She's always so kind and knowledgeable. She's patient and helpful. People coming to the post office need to be more prepared. Bring your own tape/pens/boxes, my goodness. If there is a line its because they are understaffed and Tasha is usually running the front herself. Talk to the person next to you and be kind. In addition Tasha is more deserving of a raise then anyone I know.
