Always have a problem delivering packages sometimes mail too. Whether dropping mail on the floor or in the security bar door instead of the mail slot. Or pretending to make deliveries attempts forgetting there are cameras. All the space to leave the box Infront the house... Like all the other carriers do. Nope. And don't waste your time trying to get someone on the phone.

LOVE LOVE MY MAIL LADY!! BUT THE SERVICE FROM THE GUY THAT WORKS AT THE WINDOW SUCK SO BAD IT'S LIKE ATTITUDE BE ON 1000 AND IT'S LIKE EVERYTIME I ASK FOR SERVICE IT'S LIKE HE ALWAYS SAY THEY DON'T DO IT UGGGH!! LIKE SERIOUSLY

Yup five stars… I went in and received the best and most interested worker who went above and beyond. Now let’s talk about the those who deliver to MY address. NO STARS since the young black lady. I do get my mail but not today and yesterday and a few days back I received the new neighbors package. So now I'm expected to get off work just to do their work?!?!? LIES… Oh not only did I not receive my mail the neighbors mail hasn’t been picked up!!! I know who the dude on Carl street delivers to our old and new address with his racist self!!

I called the 800 number, trying to talk to a live person, I never got one. After 15 minutes of trying, I just hung up. I wanted to talk to somebody about missing mail in person. Why do they have these numbers if you can't talk to a real person. I am still mad about this. I wish I knew sombody to talk to about this. I am really mad!

If I could give it 0 stars I would because that’s exactly what it deserves from the manager down to the employees! My mail is NEVER DELIVERED and when I go to pick it up they have no clue where it is. They are very rude and gets mad when it comes to doing their job! I say fire the whole staff and replace them with people who actually does what they’re there to do! As of today it’s been almost a week and still no mail after being informed from informed delivery usps site that I have mail coming!
