3/21/26 Saturday: We drive >30 mins to get to this USPS at 2400 Orange Ave, Cleveland, arrived 1:25 PM, for the walk in passport, but the lady on the 2nd counter from the left, a shorter, chubby lady with glasses, just simply told us that we need to have an appointment. I reasoned out that on the website it states that passport walk ins on Saturday 12pm - 3pm. The lady said it was changed since Covid, and I told her that is a long time to have not changed what is on the website and they should do something about it. The lady didn’t even apologized or whatever. Avoid this USPS at 2400 ORANGE AVE, Clevelad.

I am a business owner who ships over 2,000 packages annually, and the level of service at this location consistently falls well below acceptable standards. A front-line supervisor working the customer service counter displayed a lack of professionalism and urgency. Rather than assisting directly, I was instructed to place my own packages on the scale while the employee remained seated. Communication was unclear, and the overall interaction reflected disinterest rather than customer service. On 12/19/25, I used the Self-Service Kiosk at this branch. As of today, eleven days later, multiple packages have not moved from this location. This delay has caused customers to believe their orders are lost, resulting in refund requests and reputational harm to my business. I returned to the branch seeking to speak with a manager. Instead of being assisted, I was given a phone number and told to call it myself. This response was unacceptable. At other USPS locations I use, management addresses concerns directly and works toward resolution. That standard was not met here. The only reason I continue to use this branch is its 8:00 PM closing time, which accommodates business owners who ship later in the day. Unfortunately, extended hours do not compensate for operational failure. My customers spend their hard-earned money with my company, and ensuring reliable delivery is my highest priority. This branch demonstrates a lack of accountability at both the staff and management levels. I currently have 15 packages stalled at this location, and customers are understandably dissatisfied. For business owners who require dependable service, I do not recommend shipping from this branch under any circumstances. If this were my operation, immediate corrective action would be taken at the management level. This location reflects poorly on the USPS brand and its service standards. I do not recommend this branch. UPDATE: I JUST GOT INTO THE WORST ARGUMENT WITH THESE WORKERS THEY NEED TO BE FIRED

Came in today to do pass port services and also send a letter off they turned me around saying I needed an appt even though online it offer walk in appointments same day. they also proceeded to tell me to send basically buy envelopes from somewhere else because they're envelopes are all brown i seat of offering a white colored envelope. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS COMING TO THIS LOCATION THE WORKES ARE NOT HELPFUL ME THINKING SINCE THIS THE MAIN LOCATION SERVICES WOULD BE GREAT!

My packages always end up delayed every other time it reaches this facility. I had two orders on the same truck coming from the same company to the same address. They reached this facility & one gets sent to TN & the other made it to me. Everytime they get rerouted to TN. The last delay I experienced was 2 weeks. This is started to get old.

This is literally THE worst post office I have ever been to. In 20+ years of mailing items nearly daily/weekly I have never been treated with such disrespect & rudeness with every encounter I have had here dating back to the pre-Covid days. The most unprofessional staff without the slightest regard for customer service. They act like you’re doing them a favor for them doing their literal JOB! In contrast the Broadview Heights post office is FANTASTIC, they always treat me well & are extremely helpful. The Orange avenue location should learn how to take some notes. If you live in the area do yourself a favor and go anywhere but the Orange avenue location for your mailing needs!
