I've never had any issues with the place. Everyone is so friendly and they already know me by heart from having my po box!! I get a lot of packages and I haven't had any stolen or misplaced. I've had more problems with delivery trucks than this post office.

I visited the office for my daughter’s passport. The process was handled very smoothly and was completed within five minutes. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and professional.

This post office needs to be overhauled and brought up to standard, especially their inability to forward mail if the regular carrier is not there. There is one sympathetic supervisor and another who is so rude she should be fired immediately.

Called the postal office and got the rudest customer service. People working here are not helpful at all and beyond unprofessional. Please don't even bother calling.

I had to come back to my review and edit a few things. I definitely like coming to this branch, however there is one BAD apple that they need to get rid if. This one person is always rude always nasty never smiles. I avoid this one person with every breath in my body. She is absolutely horrible. No customer service skills at all. She lied to me about my address change. Her not knowing that I know the post office system very well. Once again. ITS ALWAYS ONE BAD APPLE IN THE BUNCH AND SHE IS DEFINITELY THAT BAD APPLE. Definitely a great location. Staff is very pleasant and professional. This location is definitely the best location when comparing Eastside locations. Thank you to the staff at the East 55th Branch. I appreciate all that you do.
