super duper hard to find the entrance for pickup.. i was circling back and forth trying to find it and it was pretty remote, but workers were helpful and jovial. retrieved my package with no issue

Horrible experience. Got a message my package was available for pickup and gives the address. Go to this USPS with no clear indication where to pick it up, after 10 minutes I find the door. Buzzed the door and the lady working in booth 44115 starts screaming at the top of her lungs for me to come in. I say I’m here to pick up a package she rolls her eyes slams down a pen and paper for me to write my name and address. Makes me wait, comes back and says it’s not there and slams the door. When I logged into my usps account it said available for pick up at 1:07pm I got there at 2:45pm. Waste of time.

USPS is the worst!!!!! I’ve had packages stolen (by drivers I believe) This one in particular doesn’t have a customer service counter….just someone that will come to you after ringing a doorbell. On top of that it’s not heated. And when you enter the parking lot there are no clear instructions for where to go or park because it’s a docking area as well. I had to ask a delivery driver what to do. If she wasn’t there, I wouldn’t have known where to go. I wish the standards were better!

I have two packages that are there collecting dust because apparently the postal workers can't be bothered to deliver. I'm very annoyed with this post office. And if you head down there to pick up the packages in person, there's a doorbell you ring, and the staff inside are very rude. If you hate your job so much, just quit.

I expected a delivery one month ago that did not require signature. The package was not delivered because there was no one to receive it. After multiple attempts to contact the postal office and 3 different service requests (they closed the request as "solved"), they do not know where is my package and assume that it was sent back to the sender. No reasonable explanation...
