I cant recommend this place enough. Bob the owner is a beautiful human along with his puppy Cooper who has plenty to say, lol. I have been coming here for years and have experienced nothing but professionalism. I recommend anyone who wants their mail handled with care to come and visit. Extra points if you're a dog person!

Owner is a scammer!!!! Overcharges for flat rate priority shipping and doesn’t tell you it won’t go out until the next day. Why pay for a service that isn’t going to be utilized in the time frame the customer states the package needs to arrive?!? Charged me $32 for a box that USPS told me today was $16.50. When I called to pick my package back up the next day (because he still hasn’t shipped it) I was told “well the post office already took the money from me” well, you already took my money and your profit from me!!!! AND my package will arrive 2 days later than expected because of the owners negligence.

Charged me $32.50 for a package that USPS stated is $16.34 flat rate. Also held the package an extra day, not telling me when it would ship out even after I told him when I needed it to arrive. Pure scam artist. I wish I'd have read all the Yelp and Google reviews before stepping foot in that store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Go to the post office or a true FedEx store!!!!!

Most amazing place to go to ever!!! His puppy is perfect and cute!! 10/10 will come back for all my postal needs!!

Here are some of their services. Customer service is phenomenal especially Fernanda she took pride in wrapping a fragile shipment for us she was very professional and unstood our needs. Definitely a returning customer.
