Poor service and discriminatory treatment. I was denied attention simply for not speaking English. I was rudely told to look for someone who would speak to them in their language or who would not attend to me, rejecting me completely. It is incredible that a public office does not have the capacity or will to help the Hispanic community. I do not recommend it at all, look for another office where they do respect customers.

I visited this post office recently, and the experience was honestly awful. The lady working at the counter was mad, impatient, and incredibly rude. Every time I asked a simple question, she answered in a sharp, disrespectful tone of voice was loud It felt like she didn’t want to help anyone. No greeting, no professionalism, just attitude. When you go to a post office, you expect basic customer service—not someone acting annoyed because you’re asking for information. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a post office. Management really needs to address this.

I saw the negative reviews about this location, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went in with a good attitude, hoping for a better experience. I was polite, said thank you, and stayed respectful, but the woman working there immediately looked at me like I was bothering her. Like, how dare I come in for a service? God forbid you have to do your job. She had one of the nastiest attitudes for absolutely no reason. It’s literally 9:30 in the morning, calm down. Do not come here unless you absolutely have no other option. Have the day you deserve.

I know this review doesn’t matter to USPS but writing for others to save their time. Terrible experience booking a passport appointment here. They show no respect for your time. I waited well past my scheduled appointment, and there was no one available to assist with passport applications. I took few hours off from the Job but nobody was here to help on time. Hence,I had to take half day off. It’s no surprise this location struggles to maintain even a 2.5-star rating. Additionally, none of the other the staff is helful, upon asking for help the lady said “she doesn’t know where is the Passport Application staff”. Very disappointing to see this…

Rude staff. Whatever employee was leaving around 1:50 pm on Monday was rude to customer inquiring about passports and a man that asked her name. She refused to give her name saying her name is “clocked out.” Very nasty attitude my bf and I looked at each other in shock.
