The lady in front desk was so fast enough to give customer service. She was fast and I like her attitude. Her name in badge is Maida. I think good people deserve good reviews.

Went to mail a package, clerk did not even acknowledge me. Took the package, did not ask my shipping preference just rang it up how she saw fit. When it came to the end where the little survey was on the screen asking about the service, she reached over and hit the smiley face without even giving me a chance to do anything. Didn't even bother saying thank you, habe a good day or anything.

Asked for white priority shipping label for prepaid package. She said I didn’t need the white ones to grab brown ones. Then charged me for them and said she couldn’t do anything about it bc I have to pay for the brown ones bc she put the labels on it

The lack of accessibility at this office is not ideal. The doors are pull open only and extremely difficult to get open from a wheelchair. The lobby is not air conditioned so if someone relies on disability transportation they can easily get too hot and become sick while having to wait to get picked up. The fact it's surrounded in glass windows only makes the place hotter. Making places hostile to homeless people at the expense of disabled people needs to stop, especially in government buildings. I'll only use the self service here because the in person service has been awful in the past, but after my disabled sister was horribly sick after having to wait in the boiling lobby I'm avoiding this one entirely.

Deplorable and disgusting customer service. I don't know who hires the "employees" there but they definitely need job training like Starbuck's had to go through. Some people get a job or a little position of authority and get beside themselves. I normally don't use this location to send my parcels and mail off, unfortunately I HAD to on 2 occasions. All 3 African American "customer service reps" working there have bad attitudes, talk too much, are argumentative and are untimely. There's a woman with short, low cut hair like a man that is a bully and very unprofessional. Speaks to you like a child and is rude. But you only are as professional as the people who train you. Whomever runs the corporate office that overlooks this location needs to really do some Spring Cleaning with the degenerates they've hired. Poor work ethic all across the board but from the looks of the other reviews this has BEEN ongoing. No need to reply to this message I NO LONGER go to this location. I'll stick to the other Post Offices I've frequented on Carrier PKWY where the attitude matches the sun that shines outside.
