Messed up my mail forwarding, I haven’t received any mail in 3 weeks even though I can see everything in informed delivery. Thet say I can’t pick it up, it can’t be fowarded until the actual forward date, takes two more weeks to forward, and what doesn’t forward will get returned to sender. My son hasn’t received anything that was sent to him for his high school graduation. No apology from USPS, nothing. The worst. Happy to be moving away (although I won’t get any of my important mail).

The ladies working the front were all so helpful and kind, Sia was especially helpful and welcoming! Sia made the process of getting what we needed done go by smoothly and stress-free. It was quick service, little to no wait time.

I don't know why the people that work here do, I can't tell if they hate their jobs or just everyone who walks through the door. Going in with questions on how to do something because your system told me to come in was met with rudeness and ignorance. I brought in everything I was supposed to and they didn't know what to do. I don't even know if my problem was solved. Now I see why people hate coming to this location. I'll gladly drive out of my way to never go to this location again..

I went today with an issue of my mail not being delivered. I go to this location often. The staff is always professional and friendly. If the line is long they would say to those waiting, " thank you for your patience and we will be with you shortly." I spoke with Ms. Sharon today. She's always professional, kind and listen to my concerns. She said she would speak to the manager and follow up with me soon.

This is the worst USPS office in the entire DFW area, and the reviews prove it. I came two days in the same week because they told me the supervisor was only available in the morning, yet no one bothered to check anything in the system. Today the person “helping” me turned their back on me multiple times, clearly hoping I would leave. The supervisor never showed up, and they just gave me the customer service number to get me out of the office. Terrible service, zero professionalism, and absolutely no intention to help. And this isn’t about ‘helping’ — it’s literally doing their job, the bare minimum. If they don’t like their job, they should give the opportunity to someone who is actually kind and needs it.
