I rate this place so low due to Supervisor woman who act like she didn't even care my package was stolen on Dec 14th. I will tell my sellers to never ship my packages by USPS ever again. The Supervisor woman lied to me about completing a driver follow up and when asked to apologize for not following through on her word, she got an attitude and said, she was listening to me disrespect her....What??? Woman you are the one being disrespectful for not showing empathy with customers.... Somebody needs to deal with that Supervisor before alot more packages come up missing in this building....My husband never got his package for Christmas. We have a camera to prove they lied said it was delivered....SMH

The few times I've visited this post office, I've had a positive experience. So here's what's good and what could be better. What's working: clean post office, wide variety of post office boxes, friendly faces. Upgrade I'd love to see: it would take a miracle to get a kiosk here, small customer service area (lines quickly form to the door), ultra small shop with boxes and labels. It's about timing. My wait on average has been no more than 5 minutes.

Was double checking hours and was shocked this location has such a low rating. As a Depop seller, I find myself here often and the employees are ALWAYS efficient, kind, personable, and professional. On one visit, I witnessed the man who works there (guy who always wears a hat) treat a 90-year-old man with such beautiful care and patience, making him feel seen and not rushing him along. The woman with fierce style and amazing glasses who usually sits far left always remembers me, asks how business is, and seems to genuinely care. She leaves me smiling every time. Most of my interactions are with them (really need to learn their names) and I truly appreciate their attitudes and customer service. This isn’t my closest USPS but I choose to keep going back because of them. So, in the spirit of Thanksgiving next week, just wanted to share my experience, express gratitude, and shout out the employees that keep the post office from being an errand I dread.

Twice now, letters I placed in the closed drop-off mailbox have been stolen and used to fraudulently access my credit card information. I suspect that other individuals may also be victims of similar theft. Based on the timing and pattern of the fraudulent activity, it appears that a local USPS employee may be involved. The stolen information has been used to make online purchases and dine at restaurants near Cooper Street. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to prevent further incidents. Please let me know how I can assist in the investigation.
