My complaints so far with this office, they have their hours plastered on the big sign above the office. They are meant to be open from 8am to 4pm, they typically don't open until 8:20am-8:30am and they almost always close early at 3:30pm-3:40pm. They take forever to sort packages and mail, I have had my PO box number literally on the address sticker on my packages and mail yet they will refuse to sort it into my box because "the number has to be on the package" IT LITERALLY IS ON THE PACKAGE IN THE ADDRESS LINE?! Then they will take AGES after the package arrives to sort it to my box, I have had packages or letters be delivered and then I don't get them for two days to almost a week after they have been delivered. My significant other sent me a package and it was received by the post office on the 5th, it is the 12th and they have not put a paper in my box about my package. Try to avoid using this post office if you can help it, it honestly sucks so much.

I had my mail stopped. Went to post office and filled out the stopped mail form. Stood in line for nearly an hour. Watched the Hispanic postal lady give this guy wrong( somebody else's mail) mail more than 3 times . He was picking up his stopped mail. He kept repeating his appartment address and she kept bringing other people's mail to him . She just couldn't get the correct mail .Don't know why? Then finally after an hour she took my stopped mail form. I confirmed it with her that everything was correctly filled. She looked at the form and quickly said yes. But guess what ? That 300 West 1st post office near UTA , in arlington texas is religiously and professionally still delivering all my mail to my address. It was supposed to be stopped from 7th November to 22 November. What the Fudge!! And now my mailbox on wall , is overflowing with mail and is openly visible to all.

they legit lost my package it says delivered but they magically lost it I would give them zero stars if I could.

I was kind of skeptical at first going to this post office because of the rating, but I don’t know what y’all talking about. I was here first thing in the morning on a Friday and I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and I had no problems!

I visited on October 14th to pick up my package. Although I approached the situation with a smile and tried to be courteous, the staff member who assisted me was rude and unprofessional.
