Workers are so lazy they have covered outdoor drop boxes to not allow Mail drop and refuse to go outside and collect mail. Amazing how careless these workers are.

Since it's the main USPS in the Metroplex, it has great schedules, weekend and some holidays are open. Like any other USPS, their employees look like they are not happy with their job. Either the workload, payment, it's hard to find a happy, kind and nice person behind the the desk. Overall, it's just a necessary service. The facility of this it's great.

This joint WILL test your patience. I've visited dozens of times. I've never witnessed praise worthy customer service. Last visit I arrived 5 mins early, they opened 10 mins late, then spent another 5 mins preparing work stations, catching up on the latest gossip, and glaring at folks in line for having the audacity to seem impatient. I now mail from another location realizing it will add a day to delivery time but alleviate the need to waste another 30 minutes writing an abysmal review.

I’ve lived in this area for over 5 years and always knew the staff wasn’t friendly but my packages were mailed no issues. Today the black guy at the front was so utterly rude that I had to say a prayer before I reacted. He literally called someone next in line while I was still standing there and wasn’t answering my questions. How is this staff still here and get to treat people like this? They make their own rules. Reading these other reviews management obviously doesn’t care. Absolutely pathetic and if you want to be treated like crap you should go here.
