Wow cannot believe the negative reviews. Been using this location since 2000 when it opened. I have dealt with post offices in 5 different cities in person on a regular basis and the staff here is exceptional. This location does not deliver to my home address but close to work. They called out 1 Latina female and she has always been just as helpful as the other two staff members. They seem to work well together and I dropped off hundreds of packages and letters for work in and all 25 years none have been lost when this was the initial drop off location. My only complaint is I wished they were open at 8am instead of 8:30am Mon thru Fri or for 4 hours on Saturday maybe from 10 am til 2pm.

Love the staff and friendly customer service. Say hello to Mrs. Valerie and Ms. Cynthia while you're there. They're the best when it comes to serving the customers.

One of the women that works there is rude and never can find a package that is there! When I see her in there I literally walk back out 60% of the time. She's the smaller Latina woman. I've come there after calling post offices and other places to confirm it's there. She can never find it and has a nasty disposition. The other places have had ro call to tell her it is there and miraculously she finds it. USPS sucks period but this location also constantly mishandled delivering items into our boxes on John T White. Do better! I try to come in there with a smile. The guy that's there and the black woman are helpful. Thank you both

The employees at the post office are always phenomenal, the same could not be said about the person who delivers my mail. I've had packages/ mail left on my lawn, places other than my mailbox, other houses mail/ packages being left at my house or vice versa and even false reasons for packages being delayed like "Animal interference" when I have no animals that live outside of my house or around it. I had better mail service in South Dallas than here and I find that pretty sad, I certainly hope she gets retrained or that they assign a new delivery person to my neighborhood because it's just getting annoying at this point.

This place is great!! Still open at 4:59 pm haha and helped everyone in line before closing!! Good experience
