If I could give no stars, I would! This is the third time, in the past year that I have gone to this post office to mail cards. I drive thru the box outside and put them in a USPS secure mail box but, they are NEVER received! On Monday, February 9th I mailed 6 cards and not one person has gotten one! Even if it took 5 days to have a card received in Mansfield or Fort Worth they would have arrived by at least Saturday. NOPE! SO frustrating! Cards are expensive and it isn't cheap to mail anything these days. ZERO faith in this location and service!

The passport service is the worst I've ever experienced. Everything they tell you is contradictory (the official website says one thing, and then when you're there, they tell you something completely different). If you can make your appointment somewhere else with more efficient staff, I highly recommend it, as the passport office staff is inefficient, creates more problems than it solves, and doesn't respect appointments. And don't think they'll provide the form if you need it, because they don't have it, even if the website says they do. Go somewhere else where there are actually qualified and efficient people.

Lezlee and Lori were INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! I had a very unique and challenging hurdle for their team and they helped me out in no time flat. Can’t thank these ladies and their post office branch enough. Also gorgeous well kept historic building that’s worth a visit. 💚

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. I got my passport renewed here super quick and easy without even making an appointment. And an added bonus is the beautiful building it’s in.

Absolutely beautiful historic building. Went for the State Department U.S. Passport Fair, arrived at 858am, walked out 1103am with my passport application filed. Was number 48.... considering there was no appointment though rather first come first serve, it was a fast two hour wait and process. Check the State Department website for what to bring with you when you fill out your passport application, bring copies of the original documents otherwise you'll pay $1.00 per copy. Also, this location does take passport photos for the same price as CVS or Walgreens. Denise assisted and she was spectacular, friendly, professional, and responded to my humor...with humor.
