Why is it so hard to leave a package at the door?!? Why in the middle of steps or like literally 2 mins ago I walked out and a package was on the corner of my porch. no effort to put it near my door. I have 2 separate doors they could leave packages at. packages are hardly ever left by door. and since we are here might as well mention wrong mail being delivered to my house and my house missing mail. been happening more this past year. Other day the mail lady was cussing up a storm while on her phone and almost hit a car. Only good experience I've had is in the office and only when dealing with Amanda. she is absolutely amazing!!!! delivery drivers need better training or better hiring expectations. seems like these drivers the past 2 years are just horrible.

I've complained about our mailman 4 times and nothing has been done about him. I'm not the only one complaining either. I never get my packages. He always delivers them to the wrong address. How hard could it be? Anytime I find out my package is being delivered through usps, I panicked because I know there's a 40% chance that I'm not going to get it. And today was one of those days. It says delivered left in mailbox and nothing.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THE POST OFFICE. This USPS location has lost multiple packages over the course of this year... Whether it's a package pickup from our mailbox our dropped off in their deposit box, they just can't seem to do their job. As a small business we rely on good customer service and orders arriving on time. They have cost us too much money to continue to use them as a carrier. It's truly sad how much this location in particular has declined over the years. They just don't care to do their job and take no pride in their work. Calling customer service to report missing mail does absolutely nothing to help refund the merchandise lost.

I have had several occasions where the tracking says delivered but there is not key. VERY disappointing especially when it is your medication or a gift/purchase that is needed immediately. I like the customer service in the office but there seems to always be an issue with the delivery person (s).

Every time we have mail, the lady that runs our route always leaves the mailbox open for the rain to ruin the mail. I have lost a few bills and portrait pictures that cost a lot of money that I did not get because the ink on the paper was so waterlogged. I couldn't see what I needed to see because it was all stuck together.... I think this is the reason why this happens the picture. If the mail lady would, please stop leaving our mailbox open in the rain or for anyone to see a free package to steal and stop tossing our boxes on the ground next too the mail box in the street and stop throwing our boxes just over the fence into our yard from your truck seat people do steal. When she could walk to the door and place it on the door step If the box is too big for the mailbox on the street. And if the box can fit, she sets the box on the ground next to the mail box in St. or she throws it from the truck over fence that is WIDE OPEN for anyone to take the package. Either you guys should fire that driver or make sure all of your drivers deliver the packages properly like they are paid to do
