Went into the post office today to pick up my mail for a property I own. For my experience it was great, gentlemen attending me was polite, good mood and good communication. Unfortunately I witnessed another customer being humiliated by the Manager, I know there could be more to the story than what I witnessed but by the way the customer reacted seemed like it wasn’t the first time she’s done that. We need to do better and be kind. God bless

So the guy that delivers my mail steals my pokemon cards and a check from H&R block that my informed delivery says expected today and I got none of it. In 4 years I never not received what it says expected today and its not there. I go to the post office and nobody cares so I ask some lady with glasses and short hair what do I do and she says she doesn't know what to do about my missing mail. What I need to do is report it to the FBI they got organized crime at this location. I mean my god what's going on here

Used this post office for the first time today and my experience was great for my simple shipment. I unfortunately didn’t get the names of the two employees there but they both seemed to have a very friendly attitude towards the customers. The employee i dealt with was very clear with his instructions and everything went smoothly.

This is the worst postal staff I've had to experience. A lot of our valuable deliveries were sent to a neighboring house. The neighbors kept our items and the post office blew it off because their system said it was delivered. They don't bother to make things right. Several packages were opened and the empty envelope was still put in the mail box. I had to pay for a PO Box to ensure I get my importante mail sent there. I shouldn't have to pay for this but this post office is so incompetent and reckless.

This location was busy when I walked in and Patricia was the only clerk working at the time. She helped multiple customers at once while communicating very professionally and remaining calm and courteous throughout.
