They are the slowest least informed postal workers I’ve ever had to deal with. At this point just shut it down. They have zero knowledge of how to get things done and zero sense of urgency. Their machines fail to print properly and rather than the one person that’s getting things done finishing what she’s doing she stops to help the other one and not there is no one doing anything. 38 minutes to send a package with three people before me

This place is just plain horrible . The staff will leave you waiting for. Along time while they are chit chatting . After being there 25 minutes in line .with just 5 of us there . 2 decided to leave. Then when it was my turn ,the lady said I can't let you use my clear tape, you have to buy some yourself . I will never go to this place again. This is an ongoing thing with these people . It's just horrible . The other people that were in line were also complaining and said they need new people . I could not agree more .

I posted on this location before. They definitely have improved! I haven’t seen the older lady there anymore that was horrible! The new girls are very nice and fast! I used to go to a further a way location just because of this was a horrible service and they even lost my mail I sent out from here before! 2/26/26 Came yesterday, said was close because of tech issues. Today come, it’s open been standing here inside with about 15 other people. No one upfront, Person from the back was in the bathroom came up and said she works in the back has no clue where the person is supposed to be in the front if they’re at work or what…. Got extremely rude with about 15 people as she walked away as everybody was confused if she was even going to look for the person in the back.

Customer service a joke! Lurial or however you spell her name, was completely rude! This place was a joke! How she still have a job baffles me! I felt so discriminated! She went hide in the back because I refused to let her treat me like that is shocking. I wish this place shut down or replace her. Not this first time I encountered her rudeness but first time to discriminate me.

Gloria is my favorite person to see behind that counter when I have to send mail. She makes sure what needs to get done gets done and she is kind and she keeps it real. The lady needs a raise
