My mother and I went to get our passports done. I wish I would've gotten the very professional and polite woman that assisted us. Everything went super smooth and easy. I believe we were in and out within 15 minutes or so. Also, have your paperwork ready so that this will make the process much smoother for you.

I went to the post office today to inquire about getting a PO Box, and I’m so glad I was helped by someone who genuinely cared. The employee who assisted me (I believe her name was Nipa) was so nice and incredibly helpful, even though there were many people waiting in line. She took her time walking me through everything, explained all the options clearly, and even used examples to make sure I fully understood how everything worked. I truly appreciated her patience and professionalism. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Nipa!

the staff here is miserable, the african american girl was super sweet but the old blonde lady and the other one acted like needing a package taped up was asking for a billion dollars i’ve been mailing stuff for years, they always just tape it up. the lady made me buy tape instead of just using the tape gun she had sitting on her damn desk terrible service, she had a bad attitude. i go to this location a lot bc its convenient but god forbid i run into those two ladies again

It took me a long time to figure out where to actually get service here, but 2 stars because I did figure it out finally The Google listing insist that you park in employee parking. I don't understand why that is still a thing with how much traffic this area gets. Big failure on the part of Google Then of course you have your typical USPS experience, the entire property is covered in signage instructing you what you can't do. There is no signage telling you where you can actually go to get things done. My advice is to drive around the building until you find what looks like a customer service entrance because it is a large property and there are a lot of things working against you to prevent you from finding where you need to be Upon entry the same theme continues. What looks like a package deposit area is unlabeled and locked. There's a label posted that was intended to be filled out by the employees. Finally I approached the mail drop adjacent to what looks like the package drop. Some very confusing signage is present but thankfully signage that actually informs. It was a wild ride dropping off some pre-labeled packages. I understand why this institution is failing

“Truck drivers” coming out of this facility habitually ignore basic traffic laws and whip out into traffic without stopping and cause other motorists to slam on the brakes. I’ve seen many near collisions that could be completely prevented if drivers would obey traffic laws and stop before entering right of way traffic.
